### sec.245XL Overview Adjoining owners are encouraged to attempt to resolve issues about fencing work to avoid a dispute arising. If an owner wants an adjoining owner to contribute to fencing work under this part, the owner must give the adjoining owner a notice under subdivision 2 . QCAT resolves disputes between adjoining owners if the dispute arises about carrying out fencing work for a dividing fence forming part of a pool barrier.
