### sec.214L Period of disqualification
This section applies to a person who is given a disqualification notice.
The person is a disqualified individual for the period decided by QBCC (the period of disqualification ) that is not longer than—
if, within the last 10 years, a previous disqualification notice was given to the person—3 years; or
otherwise—1 year.
For subsection (2) (a) , a previous notice must not be counted if—
the previous notice was given more than 10 years before the notice mentioned in subsection (1) ; or
QBCC’s decision under the previous notice was reversed or annulled on review by an internal review or the tribunal under the QBCC Act, part 7 , division 3 .

(sec.214L-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who is given a disqualification notice.

- (a) if, within the last 10 years, a previous disqualification notice was given to the person—3 years; or
- (b) otherwise—1 year.
