### sec.214J Ending procedure without further action
This section applies if, after considering submissions made by the person, QBCC is satisfied the person has not accumulated 30 demerit points in a period of 3 years.
QBCC must, as soon as practicable, advise the person in writing that no further action under this part will be taken in relation to the notice given under section 214I (2) .

(sec.214J-ssec.1) This section applies if, after considering submissions made by the person, QBCC is satisfied the person has not accumulated 30 demerit points in a period of 3 years.
