### sec.191 Building certifier must be advised of complaint After receiving the complaint, QBCC must, by notice— inform the building certifier of the nature of the complaint; and invite the building certifier to make, within the time stated in the notice, representations to QBCC about the complaint. The time stated in the notice must be at least 5 business days after the notice is given.
