### sec.157 Decision on licence application Subject to section 187 , QBCC must consider the application and decide to— license the applicant at the level of licensing for which the applicant applied; or refuse to license the applicant. However, QBCC may decide to license the applicant only if it is satisfied the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence.
