### sec.114A Owner’s obligation to comply with certificate of occupancy
This section applies if—
a certificate of occupancy has been given for a building; and
the certificate states a restriction mentioned in section 103 (e) or a requirement of a type mentioned in section 103 (f) .
The owner of the building must, unless the owner has a reasonable excuse, ensure the requirement or restriction is complied with.
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
This provision is an executive liability provision—see section 257 .

(sec.114A-ssec.1) This section applies if— a certificate of occupancy has been given for a building; and the certificate states a restriction mentioned in section 103 (e) or a requirement of a type mentioned in section 103 (f) .
(sec.114A-ssec.2) The owner of the building must, unless the owner has a reasonable excuse, ensure the requirement or restriction is complied with. Maximum penalty—165 penalty units. This provision is an executive liability provision—see section 257 .
