### sec.125 Special provisions about proxy use Under section 318 of the Act , a voting member— can not be prevented by contract from exercising a vote at a committee meeting; and can not be required by contract to make someone else the member’s proxy for voting at a committee meeting. A voting member can not be represented by proxy at more than 2 meetings of the committee in the year for which the committee is appointed.
