### sec.124 Use of proxy
A voting member of the committee ( member A ) who is the proxy for another voting member ( member B ) may, in the absence of member B, vote both in member A’s own right and also as proxy for member B.
A proxy must not be exercised at a meeting of the committee—
if the voting member who gave the proxy is present personally at the meeting or attends the meeting by any electronic means authorised by a resolution of the committee; or
if the community titles scheme is the principal scheme in a layered arrangement of community titles schemes.
