### sec.79 How to start appeal
An appeal is started by filing a written notice of appeal with the registrar of the appellate court.
In the case of an appeal under section 78 (1) , the appellant must serve a copy of the notice on the party or parties to the proceeding mentioned in section 78 (1) .
The notice of appeal must be filed within 28 days after the decision is made.
The appellate court may at any time extend the period for filing the notice of appeal.
The notice of appeal must state fully the grounds of the appeal and the facts relied on.
