### sec.78 Who may appeal
A party to the proceeding for an application for any of the following orders may appeal to the appellate court against a decision on the application—
an order under section 44 , 45 , 55 or 56 ;
a dispensation order.
A child who is given a notice by the Childrens Court under section 46 (7) or 57 (7) may appeal to the appellate court against the decision stated in the notice.
(sec.78-ssec.1) A party to the proceeding for an application for any of the following orders may appeal to the appellate court against a decision on the application— an order under section 44 , 45 , 55 or 56 ; a dispensation order.
