### sec.116 Protection of privacy This section applies if the registrar gives an entity, or allows an entity to obtain, information contained in a register. The registrar must, as far as practicable, protect the persons to whom the information relates from unjustified intrusion on their privacy. For this purpose, the registrar may impose conditions when giving an entity information, or access to information, contained in a register. (sec.116-ssec.1) This section applies if the registrar gives an entity, or allows an entity to obtain, information contained in a register.
