### sec.115 Information policies
The registrar may allow an entity to obtain information contained in a register other than under section 110 or 112 .
The registrar must maintain a written statement of the policies relating to who may obtain—
information under subsection (1) ; or
information under section 110 or a certificate under section 112 .
The registrar must give a copy of the statement to any person who asks for it.
However, subsection (3) does not apply to a statement if the registrar believes withholding the statement is necessary—
to protect the persons for whom the registrar keeps information from unjustified intrusion on their privacy; or
to prevent information mentioned in subsection (1) being obtained fraudulently or improperly.
