### sec.370 Stay of operation of internal review decision The court may grant a stay of the operation of an internal review decision appealed against to secure the effectiveness of the appeal. A stay— may be granted on conditions the court considers appropriate; and operates for the period fixed by the court; and may be amended or revoked by the court. The period of a stay stated by the court must not extend past the time when the court decides the appeal. An appeal against a decision affects the decision, or the carrying out of the decision, only if the decision is stayed.
