### sec.369 Procedure for an appeal to the court
An appeal is started by filing notice of appeal with the clerk of the court.
A copy of the notice must be served on the issuing authority.
The notice of appeal must be filed within 28 days after the appellant receives notice of the internal review decision appealed against.
However, the court may, at any time, extend the time for filing the notice of appeal.
The notice of appeal must state fully the grounds of the appeal.
