### sec.363 Requirements for making application An internal review application must— be in the approved form; and be supported by enough information to enable the issuing authority to decide the application; and be made within 14 days after the applicant is given the information notice for the decision the subject of the application. However, the issuing authority may, at any time, extend the time for making an internal review application.
