### sec.362 Who may apply for internal review
The following persons may apply to the issuing authority for an information notice for an internal review of the decision (an internal review application ) to which it relates—
a person who has been given, or is entitled to be given, the information notice for the decision;
for a decision to seize or forfeit a thing—a person in control of the thing.
