### sec.318 Power of destruction An authorised officer may destroy a thing seized under this division if— the thing consists wholly or partly of contaminated or decomposed matter; or the authorised officer reasonably believes the thing poses an immediate biosecurity risk. - (a) the thing consists wholly or partly of contaminated or decomposed matter; or - (b) the authorised officer reasonably believes the thing poses an immediate biosecurity risk.
