### sec.207 Person must not give false or misleading information to NLIS administrator A person who under this Act is required to give information to the NLIS administrator must not, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, give the NLIS administrator information that the person knows or ought reasonably to know is false or misleading in a material particular. Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
