### sec.206 Evidentiary certificates for biosecurity register and NLIS database              This section applies to a proceeding under or relating to this Act. A certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive stating that a stated document is a copy of all or part of any of the following on a stated day or during a stated period, is evidence of the matters stated in the document on the day or during the period— the biosecurity register; the database for the NLIS. (sec.206-ssec.1) This section applies to a proceeding under or relating to this Act. (sec.206-ssec.2) A certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive stating that a stated document is a copy of all or part of any of the following on a stated day or during a stated period, is evidence of the matters stated in the document on the day or during the period— the biosecurity register; the database for the NLIS. - (a) the biosecurity register; - (b) the database for the NLIS.
