### sec.192 Exceptions to reporting requirements
Sections 186 to 190 do not apply if—
a person has advised the NLIS administrator of the relevant prescribed information before the special designated animal is moved to or from the place; or
the special designated animal, because of the approved device requirement, is required to be fitted with a suitable approved device that includes a microchip but the animal is not fitted with the device before the receiver takes delivery of the animal at the place.
