### sec.191 Timing for reporting if receiver becomes registrable entity on taking delivery This section applies if, on the taking of delivery of the special designated animal, the receiver becomes a registrable biosecurity entity for the keeping of the animal but has not yet obtained registration under part 2 of this chapter. The period of 48 hours mentioned in each of sections 186 to 190 does not start until the receiver obtains the registration. (sec.191-ssec.1) This section applies if, on the taking of delivery of the special designated animal, the receiver becomes a registrable biosecurity entity for the keeping of the animal but has not yet obtained registration under part 2 of this chapter. (sec.191-ssec.2) The period of 48 hours mentioned in each of sections 186 to 190 does not start until the receiver obtains the registration.
