### sch.3-sec.79 Destruction of agricultural requirement
This section applies if—
an inspector enters a place under the repealed Act, section 36, and requires the occupier of the place to make the agricultural requirement, within the meaning of the repealed Act, harmless; and
immediately before the commencement, the person had not complied with the inspector’s requirement.
On the commencement, the inspector’s requirement is taken to be a biosecurity order given by an inspector under section 373 in the same terms as the requirement given under the amended Act.
(sch.3-sec.79-ssec.1) This section applies if— an inspector enters a place under the repealed Act, section 36, and requires the occupier of the place to make the agricultural requirement, within the meaning of the repealed Act, harmless; and immediately before the commencement, the person had not complied with the inspector’s requirement.
(sch.3-sec.79-ssec.2) On the commencement, the inspector’s requirement is taken to be a biosecurity order given by an inspector under section 373 in the same terms as the requirement given under the amended Act.
- (a) an inspector enters a place under the repealed Act, section 36, and requires the occupier of the place to make the agricultural requirement, within the meaning of the repealed Act, harmless; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the person had not complied with the inspector’s requirement.
