### sch.3-sec.78 Persons appointed as analysts This section applies if— a person was appointed before the commencement by the chief executive under the repealed Act, section 15, as an analyst; and the person still held the appointment immediately before the commencement. On the commencement, the person’s appointment as an analyst under the repealed Act ends. (sch.3-sec.78-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person was appointed before the commencement by the chief executive under the repealed Act, section 15, as an analyst; and the person still held the appointment immediately before the commencement. (sch.3-sec.78-ssec.2) On the commencement, the person’s appointment as an analyst under the repealed Act ends. - (a) a person was appointed before the commencement by the chief executive under the repealed Act, section 15, as an analyst; and - (b) the person still held the appointment immediately before the commencement.
