### sch.3-sec.122 Approvals for particular types of stock movement A stock movement approval, granted under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement, from the commencement— continues in force as if this Act had not been enacted; and if conditions are imposed on the approval—remains in force only if the conditions are complied with. An application for a stock movement approval, made under the repealed Act and not decided before the commencement, must be decided under the repealed Act from the commencement as if this Act had not been enacted. In this section— stock movement approval means an approval under the repealed Act for a type of stock movement that exempts stock from an inspection and treatment requirement or subjects stock to another less stringent form of inspection or treatment. (sch.3-sec.122-ssec.1) A stock movement approval, granted under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement, from the commencement— continues in force as if this Act had not been enacted; and if conditions are imposed on the approval—remains in force only if the conditions are complied with.
