### sch.3-sec.121 Travel permits
Subsection (2) applies if—
an inspector has—
under the repealed Act, section 21B, issued a travel permit; or
under the repealed Act, section 21E, issued a travel permit for multiple movement of stock; and
the travel permit was in force immediately before the commencement.
From the commencement—
the travel permit, and any conditions imposed under the repealed Act, section 21B, on the travel permit, continue to apply as if this Act had not been enacted; and
the repealed Act, sections 21D and 21F to 21K, and any other provision referred to in any of those provisions or necessary for those provisions to have effect, continue to apply to the travel permit as if this Act had not been enacted.
Subsection (4) applies if an application for a travel permit made under the repealed Act, section 21C, has not been decided before the commencement.
From the commencement, the application—
is taken to be an application for a biosecurity instrument permit made under section 132 (2) of the Act ; and
must be decided under this Act.

(sch.3-sec.121-ssec.4) From the commencement, the application— is taken to be an application for a biosecurity instrument permit made under section 132 (2) of the Act ; and must be decided under this Act.
- (a) an inspector has— (i) under the repealed Act, section 21B, issued a travel permit; or (ii) under the repealed Act, section 21E, issued a travel permit for multiple movement of stock; and
- (i) under the repealed Act, section 21B, issued a travel permit; or
- (ii) under the repealed Act, section 21E, issued a travel permit for multiple movement of stock; and
- (b) the travel permit was in force immediately before the commencement.
- (i) under the repealed Act, section 21B, issued a travel permit; or
- (ii) under the repealed Act, section 21E, issued a travel permit for multiple movement of stock; and
- (a) the travel permit, and any conditions imposed under the repealed Act, section 21B, on the travel permit, continue to apply as if this Act had not been enacted; and
- (b) the repealed Act, sections 21D and 21F to 21K, and any other provision referred to in any of those provisions or necessary for those provisions to have effect, continue to apply to the travel permit as if this Act had not been enacted.
- (a) is taken to be an application for a biosecurity instrument permit made under section 132 (2) of the Act ; and
- (b) must be decided under this Act.
