### sec.48 Transitional provision for Youth Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2019 Sections 11 and 13, as amended by the Youth Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2019 , apply in relation to the release of a person on bail on or after the commencement. For subsection (1), it is irrelevant whether the offence in relation to which the person is released on bail happened, or the proceeding for the offence was started, before or after the commencement. s 48 ins 2019 No. 23 s 38 (sec.48-ssec.1) Sections 11 and 13, as amended by the Youth Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2019 , apply in relation to the release of a person on bail on or after the commencement.
