### sec.47 Transitional provision for Justice Legislation (Links to Terrorist Activity) Amendment Act 2019
This Act, as amended by the Justice Legislation (Links to Terrorist Activity) Amendment Act 2019 , applies in relation to a decision made by a court or police officer on or after the commencement about whether to grant bail to a person or otherwise release the person from custody.
For subsection (1), it is irrelevant whether the offence in relation to which the decision is made happened, or the proceeding for the offence was started, before or after the commencement.
