### sec.67 Management committee may appoint or remove secretary at any time
The management committee of an incorporated association may at any time—
appoint the association’s secretary; or
remove a person appointed by the committee as the association’s secretary.
If the management committee removes a secretary who was appointed as mentioned in section 66 (1) (b) , the removal does not otherwise affect the person’s membership of the management committee.

(sec.67-ssec.1) The management committee of an incorporated association may at any time— appoint the association’s secretary; or remove a person appointed by the committee as the association’s secretary.
(sec.67-ssec.2) If the management committee removes a secretary who was appointed as mentioned in section 66 (1) (b) , the removal does not otherwise affect the person’s membership of the management committee.
- (a) appoint the association’s secretary; or
- (b) remove a person appointed by the committee as the association’s secretary.
