### sec.125 Proof of compliance with formal requirements
In any proceeding under this Act against an incorporated association or any officer thereof or other person, the onus of proving that any return, report, notice or document required to be sent or given to the chief executive has been so sent or given, or that any return, report, notice or document has been compiled or made as required by this Act, shall lie with such incorporated association, officer or other person.
In any such proceeding any return, report, notice or other document, purporting to be duly signed and forwarded to the chief executive by the secretary of any incorporated association, and otherwise in conformity with this Act, may be received as evidence of any matters stated therein respectively.
