### sec.124 Penalty for falsification A person who wilfully makes, or orders or allows to be made, any entry, erasure in, or omission from any account book, balance sheet or any return or document required to be made, kept, sent, produced or delivered for the purposes of this Act, with intent to falsify the same or to evade this Act is guilty of an offence and is liable to a penalty not exceeding 20 penalty units. s 124 amd 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1
