### sec.105D Incorporation
If, after considering an application under this part, the chief executive is satisfied of the matters requiring satisfaction, the chief executive must promptly issue a certificate of incorporation under this Act for the proposed incorporated association.
The matters requiring satisfaction are as follows—
the applicant is a co-operative that has complied with the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland) , chapter 4 , part 4.3 , division 2 ;
the co-operative has complied with the requirements to become an incorporated association.
On issue of the certificate of incorporation, the co-operative is incorporated as an incorporated association under this Act.

(sec.105D-ssec.1) If, after considering an application under this part, the chief executive is satisfied of the matters requiring satisfaction, the chief executive must promptly issue a certificate of incorporation under this Act for the proposed incorporated association.

(sec.105D-ssec.3) On issue of the certificate of incorporation, the co-operative is incorporated as an incorporated association under this Act.
- (a) the applicant is a co-operative that has complied with the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland) , chapter 4 , part 4.3 , division 2 ;
- (b) the co-operative has complied with the requirements to become an incorporated association.
