### sec.105C Application for incorporation of co-operative as association
A co-operative may apply to the chief executive to become an incorporated association.
However, a co-operative may not apply to become an incorporated association unless it has a president and treasurer.
The application must be made in the approved form and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation and each of the following—
a copy of evidence of registration under the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland) of the special resolution approving the proposal to become an incorporated association;
a copy, certified by the co-operative’s secretary as a true copy, of the co-operative’s certificate of registration;
a copy of the proposed rules of the proposed incorporated association, certified by the co-operative’s secretary as complying with this Act.
