### sec.50L Disclosure to Commonwealth, another State, or Commonwealth or State entity
A designated officer may disclose confidential information to the Commonwealth or another State, or an entity of the Commonwealth or another State, if—
the disclosure is required or permitted under an agreement between the State and the Commonwealth, other State or entity; and
the agreement is prescribed by regulation for this paragraph; and
the chief executive considers the disclosure to be in the public interest; and
the chief executive states in writing that the chief executive considers the disclosure to be in the public interest.
A designated officer may disclose confidential information to an entity of the State if—
the disclosure is required or permitted under an agreement between the service and the entity; and
the agreement is prescribed by regulation for this paragraph; and
the chief executive considers the disclosure to be in the public interest; and
the chief executive states in writing that the chief executive considers the disclosure to be in the public interest.
The Commonwealth, a State or an entity that receives confidential information under an agreement mentioned in subsection (1) or (2) —
must not disclose the information to anyone else unless allowed to do so under the agreement or in writing by the chief executive; and
must ensure the information is used only for the purpose for which the information was given under the agreement.
