### sec.50KC Disclosure by chief executive or the commissioner to lawyers
This section applies to a designated officer who is the chief executive or the commissioner.
The designated officer may disclose confidential information if—
the disclosure is to a lawyer in relation to a matter; and
the lawyer is representing the State or the service in relation to the matter.
The lawyer may disclose the confidential information in a proceeding, before a court or tribunal, relating to the matter.

(sec.50KC-ssec.1) This section applies to a designated officer who is the chief executive or the commissioner.
(sec.50KC-ssec.2) The designated officer may disclose confidential information if— the disclosure is to a lawyer in relation to a matter; and the lawyer is representing the State or the service in relation to the matter.
(sec.50KC-ssec.3) The lawyer may disclose the confidential information in a proceeding, before a court or tribunal, relating to the matter.
- (a) the disclosure is to a lawyer in relation to a matter; and
- (b) the lawyer is representing the State or the service in relation to the matter.
