sec.41Codes of practice

### sec.41 Codes of practice The commissioner may issue codes of practice, not inconsistent with this Act, relating to— the functions, powers, conduct and appearance of service officers; and the performance of duties and the training of service officers; and any functions imposed or powers conferred by this Act. The commissioner may amend or revoke a code of practice.
