### sec.97 Amendment of claim
The chief executive may, at any time before deciding the claim, amend the particulars of the claim in the way the chief executive considers appropriate—
on application, if the chief executive is satisfied the amendment is of a formal or minor nature and no party is unfairly prejudiced by the amendment; or
on the chief executive’s own initiative, if all the parties agree.
The amended claim is taken to be the claim.
