### sec.46 Withdrawal of direction The chief executive may withdraw a direction given under section 42 at any time. If the direction is withdrawn, the chief executive must immediately give all persons who were given the direction a notice that the direction has been withdrawn. A direction stops having effect when the notice is given. (sec.46-ssec.1) The chief executive may withdraw a direction given under section 42 at any time.
