### sec.45 Person may ask QCAT to review chief executive’s decision A person who is dissatisfied with a decision of the chief executive made under section 42 (1) may apply to QCAT to have the decision reviewed. QCAT can not stay the operation of the decision under the QCAT Act , section 22 (3) .
