### sec.170 Receivership property
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an order was in force under the repealed Act for a person in possession of receivership property to give possession of it to a receiver.
From the commencement, the order is taken to have been made under this Act.
(sec.170-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an order was in force under the repealed Act for a person in possession of receivership property to give possession of it to a receiver.
