### sec.169 Existing receivers
A receiver over property appointed by the chief executive under the repealed Act whose appointment is in force immediately before the commencement, is taken, from the commencement, to be a receiver over the property appointed under this Act.
If the receiver is in possession of the property immediately before the commencement, the receiver is taken from the commencement to be in possession of the property under this Act.
(sec.169-ssec.1) A receiver over property appointed by the chief executive under the repealed Act whose appointment is in force immediately before the commencement, is taken, from the commencement, to be a receiver over the property appointed under this Act.
(sec.169-ssec.2) If the receiver is in possession of the property immediately before the commencement, the receiver is taken from the commencement to be in possession of the property under this Act.
