### sec.160 Undertakings relating to pre-commencement conduct An undertaking given by a person to the chief executive under the repealed Act, and in force immediately before the commencement, continues from the commencement as an undertaking according to its terms as if it were given under part 10, division 2. The provisions of this Act relating to undertakings apply to an undertaking continued under subsection (1). If the chief executive reasonably believes a person has, before the commencement, contravened or been involved in a contravention of the repealed Act, section 131 of this Act applies as if a reference in that section to this Act were a reference to the repealed Act.
