### sec.159 Injunctions relating to pre-commencement conduct
An injunction granted by the District Court under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement continues from the commencement according to its terms, as if it had been granted under part 10, division 1.
In addition to the grounds in section 125, the District Court may grant an injunction under part 10 if the court is satisfied a person has, before the commencement, engaged in conduct that constituted—
a contravention of the repealed Act; or
an attempt to contravene the repealed Act; or
aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring a person to contravene the repealed Act; or
inducing or attempting to induce, whether by threats, promises or otherwise, a person to contravene the repealed Act; or
being in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or party to, the contravention by a person of the repealed Act; or
conspiring with others to contravene the repealed Act.

- (a) a contravention of the repealed Act; or
- (b) an attempt to contravene the repealed Act; or
- (c) aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring a person to contravene the repealed Act; or
- (d) inducing or attempting to induce, whether by threats, promises or otherwise, a person to contravene the repealed Act; or
- (e) being in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or party to, the contravention by a person of the repealed Act; or
- (f) conspiring with others to contravene the repealed Act.
