### sec.148 Public warning statements The Minister or chief executive may make a public statement identifying and giving warnings or information about the commission of offences against this Act and persons who commit the offences. The statement may identify particular offences and persons. The Minister or chief executive must not make or issue a statement under this section unless satisfied it is in the public interest to do so.
