### sec.147 Application of particular provisions to appointees under an Agents Act This section applies in relation to an activity performed by an appointee for an agent. Parts 2 and 3 apply to the appointee as if the appointee were the agent. In this section— appointee means an appointee within the meaning of the following— the Debt Collectors (Field Agents and Collection Agents) Act 2014 , section 6 (1) ; the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014 , section 7 (1) ; the Property Occupations Act 2014 , section 6 (1) . (sec.147-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an activity performed by an appointee for an agent. (sec.147-ssec.2) Parts 2 and 3 apply to the appointee as if the appointee were the agent.
