### sec.77 Notice and information to persons entered in register After entering a person’s name in the expression of interest register, the chief executive must give the person a notice— stating that the person’s name has been entered in the register; and explaining the selection and assessment processes; and containing information about the fees and other costs associated with the adoption process. s 77 amd 2016 No. 57 s 14 - (a) stating that the person’s name has been entered in the register; and - (b) explaining the selection and assessment processes; and - (c) containing information about the fees and other costs associated with the adoption process.
