### sec.354 Time limit on particular reports under s 138 and applications under s 204
This section applies to a person if, before the commencement—
a report prepared by the chief executive for the Childrens Court under section 138 was given to the person; and
the person had not made an application to the Childrens Court under section 204 for a final adoption order.
The report remains current for 1 year after the commencement.
Despite section 204(4), the person may, within 1 year after the commencement, apply to the Childrens Court under section 204 for a final adoption order.

(sec.354-ssec.1) This section applies to a person if, before the commencement— a report prepared by the chief executive for the Childrens Court under section 138 was given to the person; and the person had not made an application to the Childrens Court under section 204 for a final adoption order.
(sec.354-ssec.2) The report remains current for 1 year after the commencement.

- (a) a report prepared by the chief executive for the Childrens Court under section 138 was given to the person; and
- (b) the person had not made an application to the Childrens Court under section 204 for a final adoption order.
