### sec.344 Current application to chief executive to disclose particular information This section applies to an application made to the chief executive under the repealed Act, section 39B that, immediately before the commencement day, had not been finally dealt with. To the extent the application could be made after the commencement as a request under a provision of part 11, division 3, it is taken be a request under that provision.
