### sec.343 Particular objections continue in force as contact statements for pt 11 This section applies to a current objection to the extent it relates to contact being made with the objector by a stated person or class of persons. The objection continues in force as a contact statement for part 11, that the person does not wish to be contacted by the stated person or class of persons, until it is withdrawn or otherwise ends under this Act. In this section— current objection means an objection in force under the repealed Act, section 39AA immediately before the commencement day. (sec.343-ssec.1) This section applies to a current objection to the extent it relates to contact being made with the objector by a stated person or class of persons. (sec.343-ssec.2) The objection continues in force as a contact statement for part 11, that the person does not wish to be contacted by the stated person or class of persons, until it is withdrawn or otherwise ends under this Act. (sec.343-ssec.3) In this section— current objection means an objection in force under the repealed Act, section 39AA immediately before the commencement day.
