### sec.323 State central authority The Minister is the central authority for the State for the purpose of the Hague convention, article 6.2. This designation of the Minister is made for the Family Law (Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption) Regulations 1998 (Cwlth) , section 8 (1) .
