### sec.307P Limited access to tribunal’s record of proceedings
This section applies to a record kept under the QCAT Act , section 230 for an adoption proceeding.
Despite the QCAT Act , section 230 (3) a person who is not a party to the proceeding may not inspect, or obtain a copy of, the record or a part of the record.
